Median top scalp area regrowth was 26.5%, with an interquartile range of 15.3% to 32.8%. No scarring or infection was observed.

Those numbers are encouraging enough to justify further study. They do not prove that adding GHK-Cu to minoxidil caused the improvement. The series had only 7 patients, no control arm, a retrospective design, and no trichoscopic density measurement.
