Cost-per-dose calculator
Vial prices are a distraction; what your research costs per draw is the real number. Pick a peptide and vial size, enter your own draw amount, and every vendor we track is ranked cheapest first with discount codes already applied, the same effective prices you'll find in our comparison tables.

Add your amount per draw above and the draws-per-vial and cost-per-draw columns fill in.
Prices are for research materials sold for laboratory use only. PeptidePub may earn a commission from vendor links or codes at no cost to you. This does not affect rankings, which are pure arithmetic on the numbers you enter. This tool does not recommend amounts or protocols, and nothing on this page is medical advice. See our methodology.
Why cost per dose beats sticker price
Two vials of the same peptide are rarely the same deal. Vendors sell different sizes at different prices, and discount codes shift the picture again. The only fair way to compare is to normalize everything to the amount you actually use:
- Full draws per vial= vial contents in mcg ÷ your draw amount in mcg, rounded down. Partial draws don't count; you can't use four fifths of a draw.
- Cost per draw = effective vial price (after any code) ÷ full draws per vial.
- Cost per mg = effective price ÷ vial size, useful for comparing across different vial sizes at a glance.
A quick example with made-up numbers: a 10 mg vial at $50 and a 30 mg vial at $98 look close on sticker shock, but per milligram they are $5.00 versus $3.27, and over the same number of draws the bigger vial ends up roughly a third cheaper. The table above does this arithmetic across every vendor we track so the winner is obvious.
Frequently asked questions
Why compare cost per dose instead of sticker price?
Sticker price tells you what a vial costs; cost per dose tells you what your research actually costs. A $90 vial that covers 60 draws is far cheaper per draw than a $40 vial that covers 10. Dividing the effective price by the number of full draws puts every vendor and every vial size on the same footing.
How do discount codes factor in?
Every code we list is applied before ranking, so the table reflects what you would actually pay at checkout. That matters more than it sounds: a vendor with a higher list price and a 50% code can comfortably beat a vendor with a lower sticker price and no code.
Why do larger vials usually win on cost per dose?
Per-milligram pricing almost always improves with vial size, since much of a vendor's cost is in the vial, testing, and fulfillment rather than the raw material. But bigger is not always better value in practice: a large vial only saves money if the contents get used within a sensible window after reconstitution.
Where do these prices come from?
They are the same numbers behind our price comparison tables. We keep close tabs on vendor pricing, refresh the catalog regularly, and only list discount codes we have confirmed. If something looks off, the full comparison page for each peptide links straight to the vendor.
